After clicking the appriopriate button, you may see one or multiple Security Warning prompts, click Run on all of these.

If you are using Internet Explorer 9, you may see an additional prompt that will be displayed at the bottom of your browser window – click Run.

Finally you should see a window that displays a 9 digit “Your ID” as well as a 4 digit password. You will need to provide the technician the 9 digit ID code and 4 digit password. This will allow our technician to establish a secure remote connection to you and allow them to control your desktop.
